Our commitment to clarity and care
At THE ADHD ASSESSMENT CLINIC, we aim to provide professional and confidential services. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to understand our policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and data protection.

Understanding our service agreement
When you book an appointment with THE ADHD ASSESSMENT CLINIC, you agree to the following key terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-transferable.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
- If you miss your appointment (DNA), no refund will be issued. You are permitted one rebooking under the same fee. Should this rebooked appointment also be missed, the fee will be forfeited.
- Arriving 15 minutes or more late for an appointment may result in it being treated as a missed appointment (DNA).
- We offer both face-to-face and virtual appointments. It is your responsibility to ensure you attend correctly and have a suitable setup for virtual sessions.
- Recording or photography during any session is strictly prohibited.
- Consent is required for all assessments and treatments; for individuals under 18, consent must be provided by a parent or guardian.
- In situations where there is a risk of harm, safeguarding information may be shared without prior consent.
- Respectful behaviour is expected from all clients. Services may be terminated without refund if these expectations are breached.
- All personal data is handled confidentially and in strict accordance with data protection laws.
By booking, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations and changes to your appointment
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please note our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment fee.
- If you miss your appointment (DNA), no refund will be issued. However, you are entitled to rebook one replacement appointment under the same fee.
- Should this replacement appointment be missed or cancelled with short notice, the fee will be fully forfeited, and a new booking will require a new full payment.
